Overview
MineForge is a fast-paced onchain mining protocol on Base where players compete in continuous 60-second rounds to earn ETH and FORGE. It combines the excitement of competitive gaming with real DeFi mechanics - every round has real stakes, real winners, and real rewards.
The game takes place on a 5x5 grid of 25 blocks. Each round, players deploy ETH onto the blocks they think will win. When the timer runs out, one winning block is randomly selected on-chain. A 1% admin fee is taken from all deployed ETH, and a 10% vault fee is applied to the losers' pool. The remaining ETH from losing blocks is redistributed to miners on the winning block - proportional to how much each player deployed.
On top of ETH rewards, 1 FORGE is minted each round and awarded to a miner on the winning block. A growing jackpot called the Forge Pool can trigger at any time, distributing a potentially massive FORGE bonus. A delayed-claim mechanic also rewards miners who keep rewards unclaimed under pressure.
FORGE rewards patience through delayed claims. When you win FORGE, it starts as unclaimed. A 10% claim fee is applied when you cash out, and that fee is redistributed to miners still holding unclaimed FORGE. The longer you stay unclaimed, the more accrued FORGE you can capture from other players claiming before you.
